Wanted to say that Small loves the Christmas card you sent – he likes pictures of ppl, so has been carrying it around, oo-ing at it.

Re death, we’re not religious here at all (which has lead to some interesting questions around Christmas, but that’s probably a blog rather than a comment). We’ve read Badger’s Goodbye (think that’s what it’s called) which reduces me to helpless blubbing everytime, but which focuses on memories – ppl live on in our memories of them. That’s kind of where we’ve gone with it, it’s bodies that die, but ppl don’t because we can all remember them. Not sure that would help much with the stillborn case though, as there won’t be any memories (well, not so much for the little boy anyway).
