Good luck with the house selling – the thought of it really puts me off moving :( When we left Oxford 4 1/2 years ago, it wasn’t a problem, as we knew we’d sell it ridiculously easily, and we did, but it’s not quite the same now.

house value is between 210 – 225 depending on who you believe, so great news!! [bought for 75 8 years ago]. Will be able to buy 4 bedroom near Huntingdon.
