In an ideal world we would selfbuild but with H starting  new job (that is going to pretty intense for a while) elsewhere, needing somehwre to live there soner rather than later,  Alys (as well as E), plus after the last year, we just want to get settled down and have an easier time of things this year - it&#039;s just not an option.

There is a nice 1 acre plot, with a house on - but with PP for  nice new replacement house - but that would end up 100-200,000 over budget......]]></description>
