We’re sharing your woohoo having just had an offer for the full asking price on ours too (and he’s a first time buyer with mortgage agreed in principle). Just praying the offer we’ve made on a house is accepted – should know tomorrow (very nailbiting and there’s no chance I’ll get any sleep tonight!)
