house update

On house moving, our buyers have commissioned a full survey - taking place on wed, so better tidy up again. I can’t think there will be a problem.
Our sellers have rung about the negotiateable things. I was really surprised, as they are giving all carpets and curtains bar 1, some garden tools etc, and v reasonable prices for some furniture they wont have room for -which we might go for as the hospital gives me a ?500 furniture budget.
