I wondered how on earth he knew – then discovered he clearly didn’t as he’s said I’m 5’6″ (only six inches out there then) and 8 stone. I was 8 stone a year ago, have put a whole stone on since then and he doesn’t seem to have noticed. And you’d think someone would realise how much shorter their wife is than them, but there we go.

Anyway, hope it’s not depressing you too much. expect the stress of moving and then starting new job might help you lose a few pounds without trying too hard.
