Ah yes, sorry, Merry and joyce, some rather 'agressive' spam filtering I'm afraid. The comments have been approved and now appear above, for completeness. Wil give it a try, thanks.

joyce, the modified link you posted was the same as the first one, however I did find the patch easy enough searching the FAQs via http://www.gspsupport.co.uk/index.php?page=support/freetext

And why is so much blog spam about p*o*k*e*r?

I keep posting it (before and after the post above), and it isn't coming through at all on the blog - expect a rush of them downloading in about three days. Could it be getting bounced becuase its got a link in the comment? Do you know my email address? I don't think I've got yours. If you let me have it off blog, I can send it direct. It's just a DK patch, and it worked on all of my DK cds, including the ones you mention.

If there is a fix, yes please Joyce/Karen. Tried the compatability settings but no help. both won't run, complaining of (different) errors regarding the sound. One installed and ran under win2k opn the desktop, but then would get hung at some point, repaeting the same sounds. Not tried it under XP on the desktop though (not usually used on there)
