my recipe only not vegan in that uses milk, so easily transcribed. i do often make vegan versions – not of mincemeat ones as never made those before, but they were yummy – chris and i were tasters!!

They are on my Christmas clipboard (list, to do list, important notes, recipes etc all rolled into one ;-) …plus I get that official status feeling carrying it round :mrgreen: )
