But it’s pretty quick and eeasy to search the database using phpmyadmin for the comments classified as spam and delete them directly if it over runs the amount Akismet displays. I tend to the view that the convience of the spam being trapped is the small risk of someone being held in limbo for a while. I think Helen’s tends towrds the opposite view.
