We've been the last two years so unless it's changed the procedure was this:
You had to ring or email in advance to book and get a reference although I managed to negotiate paying on the gate rather than in advance. They were unbothered about numbers as long as you had proof of being Home Educators - I'd emailed a scan of my EO membership card to them which covered the whole group.

Under 3s were free and adults and children were ?7.50 each.

Funnily enough I was thinking about a trip there before they shut for the winter earlier this week but October is looking so busy for us I decided to wait until the Spring.

What Tammy said :-) We've just been and we booked a few weeks before because you need to send a p/c of your EO card with the date you want to go and then they send you an invoice. Once you've paid they post the tickets out to you. You don't need to pay for under 3s and you don't need a minimum number of children to book (though I think if a big ish group goes you can book a workshop). Tesco vouchers are a cheaper way if you have any to hand, but again you need to send them off I think (or do they have codes so you can use them online now?)

Ah, just read the link. ?4 sounds good! Not sure if you'd get the first adult for that or not though. I think I'd write and request to book at the school rates on their website.

You can get school prices there but you have to meet their minimum numbers which I seem to remember was around 10 children last year. Probably worth giving them a call though as they are used to HE groups.
