Thank you for reminding me of this! It just finally was the push to put my girls to sleep, showing them just how near he is!!

And I attempted fudge yesterday, and it didn’t set, was more like pale buttery caramel. So just rolled it into balls and coated it in chocolate. I’m hoping the chocolate will stick, so far looks like its just sliding off. Glad your turned out better than mine! Really should invest in a sugar themomiter as I am way too impatient to successuflly check via water dipping.

I bloil mine twice. it seems to be the only way, as the second time it gets to a higher temp. HTH for next time!
