We did a milk taste test over a year ago with rice milk, goats milk, cows milk and soya milk. We wanted to include buffalo milk after visiting a buffalo farm (delicious ice cream from buffalo milk) but Waitrose didn’t stock it at the time (they do now). At the time we didn’t like any other than the cows milk but might re-run it with the bufffalo milk and see if we still feel the same way.
