Ah – yes. Only one girl has the full official Rainbow uniform as her parents work at John Lewis so got it at discounted price – the others all wear just the tabbard over normal clothes. Chloe’s is green.

not all the groups wear coloured tabbards now, there’s been a new uniform for a while (think there’s a pic of Aprilia in hers on Flickr) but a lot of areas have quite rightly said it’s too ££££ for girls to grow out of so fast (and they shrink) and stuck with tabards. Aprilia has just about grown out of her leggings already but they aren’t being replaced!!!

Is she on the Brownies list? She’d be due to go up at Easter if there’s a place and sometimes they take in the term of turning 7 so they may take her January if you ask – may not be worth doing the Rainbows?
