As for violins and so on, no, no difference what time you do practice! I am heading towards thinking this may be one of those things taht is best farmed out to someone else (beofre my nerves totally collapse)

Listening to the kids working things out is one of my favourite things too. P usually lapses in to silence before coming out with complete plan, while L talks constantly to himself – a sort of commentary. Pond life is great – ours have always loved looking at ponds and still do.
