It’s sun not temperature that I need. A sunny but cold winter does more for my mood than the warm but overcast and wet summer we had.

I keep meaning to get out for walks more. Today the outside seems to have disappeared into a grey fog and we’ve got sleet/rain instead of snow – so not very tempting!
