She was given metal detector and night time goggles for Christmas. Both are absolute rubbish and a waste of money. Have now checked out reviews on Amazon (as we thought maybe we were doing something wrong) but have not found a positive review yet.

Upbeat and positive which makes me feel happy and cheerful and more positive myself!

We had a bad experience with a Science Museum kit and swore never to have anything more to do with them. The motor was duff so she’d spent ages building and it never went anywhere. She was so upset. I meant to complain but never got around to it and as we hadn’t bought it had no receipt.

She has been given another one for Chrimbo, Enviro battery, so we will be having another attempt.
