Lol at the question, how funny, and oddly Jo, Amelie asked exactly the same the other day!

2 days ago when Clo got her boar she pointed out the testacles and informed me that’s where the sperm comes out. “Ah, no” I replied “it comes out of the penis, same as a man’s wee”. She was puzzled and asked “so it goes all over the sheets?” And I pointed out that a pig doesn’t use sheets – he lives in a sty! She’s cross now because I’m being deliberately obtuse. “No, in humans.” she says patiently. So I took a breath and said “Well, the penis goes in the woman’s vagina.” Her face brightens as enlightenment clears up a mystery I didn’t know she had “they link up!”.

I actually feel relieved it’s all over and done with. But I apologise in advance if she shares her new found knowledge. I don’t think she will unless it comes up in conversation.

And fortunately Clo’s bike will last her a long time yet.

Well done on not giggling at the dancing question. I was not so controlled when Jade came down from bed the other night and asked “why do we have lips?”. I’m afraid I just fell about laughing, and ended up saying something like “because otherwise there would be a ragged bloody hole round your mouth!”
