You are not having an easy time and you cannot be a backbone to the either your family or the people you are duty bound to care for at work unless you get some spiritual respite.

I know it is hard, but you need to be sent on some walks, given some lie ins, allowed to take a swim on your own and get at least one night where you and chris get to go out for a meal together.

I mean it. Remember yourself.
