It was us that did the Pizza Express thing a couple of years ago. We didn’t get to go behind the scenes though. The free lunch was the whole point :-0

My rolling pin was my stepGrandmothers and the handles dont turn with the pin – much more comofrtable to use.

That pizza day does look quite fun if as you say not particularly educational. Someone else has done it haven’t they- was it Michelle or was it local people to me perhaps?
I’ve just got a plain wooden rolling pin althought I’ve always liked the idea of a marble one, especially for pastry.
And hurrah for bargains! :)
