thankyou for your eamil dated 18th november concerning the governments proposals for home education refulation and the queen’s speech.
i appreciate your concerns about the impact of the governments consultation on their position concerninc home education. as mentioned in your emal the government has included home education revulation proposeals in the children, schools and families bill as part of the queens speech. however, until the bill is acually printed, we still do not know what is definitely within it., as concerning as it may be that home education is being included within the safeguardining topic, its incluision in the bill will mean that it will be able to be fully scrutinised both on the floor of the house, adn also in committee, and so in many respects will five all mps more of an opporttunity to exam,ine the governments decision and also graham badmans recommendations. as mentioned in my previous letter, my colleagues and i are deeply committed to respecting indiviual choice and appreciate that there are many reasons that my incline families to opt for home education, and we support them in that choice.

this was touch typed by me in a hurry, so all the spelling mistakes are mine!!
