I know you want to be back, and I know the worries, but I am glad someone is looking out for the real you, not the work you. And I think that you need to be more than barely managing for your job and also your girls will be better if they know you are better – and that will make you better in the long run too.

Max was very firm with me after Freddie died – my girls needed to see me whole in order to come through the experience whole too – and even if you are struggling to forgive yourself for the time YOU need, you must take it for them.

Sorry about the work set back but reading your blog and hearing how obviously healing and the very right place for you and for the girls is together just now I agree that more of the same is exactly what you need.
