Bother.
Will do it.
So how are you both today?
Much, Much better, well me, I guess H’s arm is pretty much the same , though she had a migraine earlier. H has rested her arm by playing Civ 2. I’ve just sat and rested and read mostly. GP’s have been doing much looking after – got BB this morning, dressedd and fed SB, took them to nursery. Been shopping, mum made lunch and did various domestic tasks, just gone off to get the Beans from nursery. It has been such a great help.
I think thr problem was yesterday tryring to do ‘stuff’ and with such low reservres it just knocked me right back again but a good does of painkiller and being sent back off to bed at about 6 pm, a nights rest, and plnty of day rest seem to have sorted things – even been eating today as well which was nice
Just awaiting the whirlwind aka SB to come through the door any second
hurrah, glad you are on the mend and of course will be able to look after Helen now
It’s easy to do too much too soon when you’re fed up of being ill – but often counterproductive! I *had* to go into work this morning for a gentle meeting and have been wiped out all afternoon.
