I am hoping to do some modern art with the guys at weds4ed, so thought i would start with something fun like our own tag. we discussed movement, shapes, balance and colour. I had a few examples printed out. Google searching came up with this and so I used this for a basis.
Here are my workings – few initial designs were worked out on rough paper, and then the one I settled on was traced onto nicer paper. This was coloured with acrylics.
Seemed nice and simple and something to talk about as it was done. turned out to be surprisingly difficult to grasp.
Used to doodle like this all over my schoolbooks when I should have been paying attention to the lesson hahaha
