house update

our offer on victorian house accepted. survey not too bad!!! some diy to be done. Ended up paying more than we had wanted, and on our v max. oh well.

only 3 bedrooms [massive] and 2 bathrooms [but 3 loos] however, room for tents in garden! Will turn dressing room into bathroom [as we really don’t have enough clothes, crap yes, clothes no. The turn a bathroom into a bedroom.
