   not actually heard, am hoping so!
   BB being stressy baby today – most unlike her. Obviously I have curdled milk oe something with my jittering

   quick update – the vendor has rung apologising to us. Apparently his vendor has signed and sent back contract, but their solicitor hasn’t got it yet. He was saying they are so keen to continue with sale at this stage they will exchange and go to hotel if necessary – aw sweet!
   slight relief, but wait until I get green light from solicitor!
