lovely big patio and a victorian conservatory – my idea of heaven [even if wood all rotten/!]. that is the pub to the right. Chris thinks with wireless connection he can sit there with lap top and a pint!

Umm I wonder whether you’re on the way to Kessingland??? We have a 6/7 hour drive I should think LOL Great looking house you two.
well, I should imagine if you wanted to stay the night here on the friday so you were fresh for the arrive on Sat that wouldn’t be a prob. I think we are about 1 1/2 hours drive.
Our house is a house of chaos though!! But v friendly.
