I will not dwell

on things I can’t change.
reading Jax made me howl over things I can’t change, so nipped to Ros to remind me not to obsess.

It obviously isn’t getting particularly easier

  1. Oh Helen, I’m sorry, I never meant to make you feel worse. Hard decisions that we all take, and I’m stressing hugely about it all just now. Bit late to call tonight, but will ring you very soon. (((Helen)))

  2. Nah, it just bubbles underneath really Jax. Knowing someone else about to do same thing, and probably also unwillingly focusses on why its crap.

Joyce is right, it is survivable, but I don’t want to survive, i want to thrive. [being greedy again], and for me that is the real challenge.

She’s also right on the overcompensating, but I think I’m relaxing on that – we always had blogbusy days anyway as SB high maintenance.

i think its also that there are a variety of ‘challenges’ at work that are prob unnecessary, and taking up too much time, and that various extended family stressses going on, and still settling from move etc etc that makes me wobbly.

you blog away Jax, I did. blogging the stress and concern does help focus the mind [well, for hardened bloggers anyway!]
