Absolutley dreadful

Is how we feel today, lurgy has come back with a vengance, after an ok day yesterday. 30 mins of activity knocks me out, and Helen is potentially busy with work as well.

We are all going to bed.

    hmm felt better in the morning, so moving too quickly, fell and broke arm – aaarrghhh!
