I put the Leek and Potato soup I made (for next Tuesday lunch) yesterday in the freezer earlier – Hmm, the 8 1/2 litres it turned out to be ( for 11 adults 2 kids and 2 babies) might have been over doing it….

Have you got an industrial sized freezer or something? Where are you finding space to save all this food for Christmas? Sounds very impressive anyway!
We do have good sized chest freezer and made sure we cleared out the crap beforehand. It’s gonna be full though (still a couple of curries, a veggie goulash, not sure what else). We are just trying to avoid spending ages in the kitchen as much as possible while all the guests are here.
I did think it looked a lot at the time. Luckilly it is one of my favourite soups!
