  3. cos we can see the top few akismets. also chris can look on hosted space or something too. At present we are not exactly eye to eye on this issue.

  4. It can be turned off. But it’s pretty quick and eeasy to search the database using phpmyadmin for the comments classified as spam and delete them directly if it over runs the amount Akismet displays. I tend to the view that the convience of the spam being trapped is the small risk of someone being held in limbo for a while. I think Helen’s tends towrds the opposite view.

  6. hmm, well then why don’t you search it more often? It always runs over the aksimet displays. when there were 15 it shew about 12
