‘nother one bites the dust

I have just come downstairs as tooth holding on by a thread and very painful.

Mummy has just pulled it out. Blood everywhere.

  1. We’ve had one of them tonight from Gwenny! And one last week from Ernest, but they both pulled their own teeth out, I don’t like doing it (used to love pulling my own out, and tying bits of thread around them and so on – could never work out the door-opening trick though!).

Hope the fairies have more luck in your house than ours – the tooth fairy had scavenged around the place to find a pound for a can of beer that he had just opened when Gwenny appeared!

  2. well, SB seems to have decided to forget that I have admitted to being tooth fairy! so we had better find something somewhere.

  3. OMG!! ?1???? Aprilia gets 10p! for goodness sake no one tell her! She is very good at yanking her own teeth out then describing to me in graphic detail exactly how she did it.

So how many gaps has SB got now?

  4. No, C wanted a pound for a can of Stella! And then all that was left in the house was coppers – they usually get 50p, and I wasn’t counting out a pile of 1′s and 2′s. (I used to get 5 or 10p, so I figured there should be some inflation ;-) ) She ended up getting a euro instead, lol, and a note telling her to use it when we have 4 days in France next month, or to exchange it when her parents have some cash!

  5. J lost his second top incisor yesterday – excellent lisp. He gets nature-ish things rather than cold hard cash. Things like nice feathers, a stone egg, and I think the fairy was stretched a bit last night (possibly due to our move?) and left some mysterious seeds (wonder what they’ll grow into?). J had written a letter asking her to draw a picture of herself in the box he’d drawn at the bottom of the letter.

  6. SB has had a seed bunny leave her seeds, the Christmas fairy came 2ce and left little craft kits, and 2ce now she has had cash. [last night's loss was a surprise]
She doesn’t tend to have a gap for long, as the new teeth are clearly keen for space!
