efficient education??

I don’t think it is possible to educate SB efficiently. by the time she has helped BB, seen if our grapes are ripe [no] and something more to eat, told me how nice blue pencils are etc etc time has passed very quickly! She has, however, written out a story in a book, and realisied it is hard to read back when the b and d are the wrong way round.

Now to see if she fancies getting dressed and cleaning her teeth [and then they had lunch!]

  1. lol, from having been in a classroom last year I can tell you now that classroom education is no more efficient! Just imagine if you had 30 children ‘helping’ each other and telling you how nice blue pencils are!

  2. yeah, I don’t think she would be efficient anywhere. And I was so proud of result – above – that not really bothered that we were prob pootling about for an hour! [btw all you who think I stood over her with a whip, she did have the option of stopping and doing some more antoher time, but she wanted to finish the story! - so a child led very long hour!!]

  3. hmmn…efficiency in education. I wonder what it means, really

  4. very good question. Certainly doesn’t happen here, and from what I can tell, they have just as much difficulty getting Big to focus at school as well.

  5. well, maybe efficiency is an age an aptitude thing too! She’s too young with no aptitude for efficiency!

  6. ROFL! yes, we have similar efficiency in this house too!

  7. That looked extremely efficient to me! Maybe I need to get my dictionary out…!

  8. rofl gill!! but if you wre an inspector how would you measure efficiency? do we really want that word??
