   As long as you only pay once then I think you should keep any duplicate that arrives. Serves them right for their hopeless systems.

   Same here. I’d try and hang onto any duplicate. Do nothing with it long enough for them to have found out for themselves, then sell it or keep it…

   What? you mean Parcel Farce round your area answer the phone and know how to find your house? It’s a miracle!

   I assume the company are refunding your uprated postage costs seeing as they didn’t keep their side of the agreement and ship on time?
