my order from the little linguist arrived, and we have read since i got home from work The Giant Turnip Walking Through the Jungle (Mantra duets), Not Again Red Riding Hood. they were great hits, as the english is funny, the french doesn’t appear to be a direct translation, but use nice language [must check with katy!] and we also bought jill and the beanstalk, 3 billy goats gruff – which i remember borrowing from leeds library in english/arabic [and a couple of others  ] un beknownst to me, chris had also weakened on the resource front! Great Inventors and Their Inventions: Archimedes, Gutenberg, Franklin, Nobel, Bell, Marconi, The Wright Brothers, Edison (Junior Classics) Great Explorers of the World: Marco Polo, Ibn Battuta, Vasco Da Gama, Christopher Columbus, Ferdinand Magellan, Captain Cook, Lewis and Clark, Livingstone … Apollo Mission to the Moon (Junior Classics) Great Scientists and Their Discoveries (Junior Classics) . i blame michelle
