   What did you put into your petri dishes?? We made some up a while back and the jelly dissolved/melted before the bacteria had a chance to dry… Any help gratefully received

   Helen – i bought the tryptic soy agar from ebay – quite expensive as £20 for 200ml, but is the right stuff and works well.
   Jx – hugs x x you have 4 kids with 2 teeny tinies, so i am sure you do far more than you think, but divided out more too x x
